In Aspicore Ping for S60 3rd Edition you can set the packet size from the Tools menu.

In the S80 version the ping packet size is fixed. You cannot change it. Sorry.

i think is too much wasting bandwith if using 32byte...

An update to the S80 ping utility is not in our plans.
