ping -t capabilities?

is it possible to do ping yahoo.com -t like in command prompt in Windows?

my gprs network is unstable, so if i don't do continuous internet request it will be disconnected even if i'm downloading something

There is no -t option, but you can use the "Set count" command from the Options / Tools menu and set the count e.g. to 2000000000.
