GPS module for animal tracking.

Hello!

I'm wondering is it possible to get this http://www.bofan.cc/product_345_GPS-Personal-Tracker.html work with Aspicore.
I'm thinking to get this device for my dog and use it fast gprs locationing with Gpsgate server. And my phone navigation software would be Aspicore. Can aspicore download dog GPS data from GpsGate server and show it on the map?
Tell or quide me is this solution possible.

I know there is many "big" hunting GPS service providers. I think they are much too expensive. If this solution with Aspicore and Gpsgate would work for hunting purposes for me i think many other hunter would be interested too.

At the moment Aspicore software does not provide such functionality.

Instead, you may try using that GPS module and GpsGate service with a plain mobile phone browser, if you wish.
I think your idea might work that way, but you must be ready to do some technical troubleshooting to set up and configure everything. It is best to use a 3G phone with a big screen and a good web browser.

GpsGate Server 2.3 should include a web based mobile phone interface. Ask franson.com for details, if you are interested.
